Re: UT for Eczema?

eczema is why i started ut and i've had good results. Itching is down 85-90% (i used to not be aable to sleep but can now.) Rashes or break outs are down alot. Although they show up they don't itch as much, and nothing on my face yet this year (knock on wood.)
Topical application is excellent in eliminating itch, have only used a steroid cream once this year. But it's been a mild winter and i'm taking fish oil too so i don't know exactly how ut fits in except to say if it itches don't be shy-- put your piss in a jar,dab your fingers in it and rub it in good, it really works for me. Ingestion is probably helping to control fresh breakouts but they aren't eliminated. Better than dousing yourself in cancerous steroid creams.
