Re: Schulze's Kidney Tea further instructions on how to make yourself
since you cannot get his kidney teas, you will need to go online and google bulk herbs or look locally at health food stores that sell dried, bulk herbs for each of the ingredients in his kidney tea and in his kidney tincture.
Be sure to buy organic or wildcrafted only but if you absolutely can't find one or two organic, just go with conventional. If you can't find one or two leave if out and keep looking.
Once you have all the herbs you will need to follow the formula I am putting below from his manual.
the kidney bladder tea, you will leave in the dry form and make a tea as directed.
The kidney bladder tincture, you will need to make a tincture following the directions below.
when he says parts, this is a measure. use it whether using a tbs of the herb, a teacup, a cup, a bowl but use the same measuring device for each herbs so if you are using a cup, for instance, use one cup for where he says one part of a specific herbs and 2 cups where he says another specific herb use two part so in these formulas below you would use one cup (or spoon or bowl or whatever) for each herbs except juniper berries where you will use two cups (or spoons or bowls or whatever)...be sure to bite into one of the juniper berries and be sure it has 3-7 seeds and not just one as cedar berries dried look identical but only have one seeds you want more than one seed to be sure you have the right herb.
now for schulze's directions on how to make his kidney-bladder tea and tincture your self using your bulk organic or wildcrafted herbs you found at places locally or online. Some of this you can also get at the grocery store like the corn silk, parsley root and leaf,
Watermelon rind, carrot tops..just use fresh in your tincture or dried if you want.
Cleansing the Kidneys
Here are two formulas you will need for cleansing your kidneys. ^"^
One formula is prepared as an herbal kidney tea. The other is a tincture /
which gets squirted into the tea before you drink it.
Here is the kidney/bladder tea-.
2 parts Juniper berries
1 part Uva ursi leaves
1 part Dandelion leaf
1 part Kidney Bean pods
Add to this, one part of any of the following you can get:
a) Corn silk
b) Parsley root or leaf
c) Carrot tops y
d)
Watermelon seed and rind
Pour sixteen
ounces of boiling distilled water over one rounded
tablespoon of this herb tea, and let steep. Add four dropperfuls of the
following kidney/bladder tonic.
Here is the formula for the kidney/bladder tonic:
2 parts Juniper berries
1 part Corn silk
1 part Uva ursi leaves
1 part Horsetail herb
1 part Pipsissewa leaf [optional] ^^
1 part Burdock herb (burdock root)
1 part Goldenrod flower tops [optional]
On the incurables program, you are taking two cups of the tea
three times a day, and you are putting a dropperful of the tonic in each
cup of tea. If you need to, you can go to six cups of this tea a day, with
twelve dropperfuls of the kidney/bladder tonic per day.
The reason one formula is a tea and the other a tincture is
because some of the chemicals in the herbs are water-soluble and could
come out in the tea better. Others could come out better in the tincture.
When you use the tea and tincture together, you end up with a full spectrum
array of the chemicals in these plants.
Getting the herbal ingredients in this way is totally different to
getting kidney herbs in a capsule full of dry powder. According to Dr.
Schulze, when you're dealing with a capsule of dry powder, the volatile
oil content is probably very insignificant. If you are taking herbs in this
form,
Dr. Schulze says he wouldn't expect anything to happen.
According to
Dr. Schulze , Dr. Christopher carried fresh juniper
berries in his first-aid kit. That's how he got his cures. He had people
make teas and tonics. If you are getting your herb formulas in capsules,
I'm not surprised that you're still quite sick.
(although schulze makes this statement, he uses dried herbs in many of his formulas he sells but use the fresh for ones you can like
Watermelon rind and such.
then once you have your herbs mix them up (if not to hard blend them together but don't break the blender (I personally use a vitamix but just crack the hard ones up a little) then proceed to step two.
Knowing how to make tinctures will save you a lot of money and they are very strong. when it settles, your formula mix should be 50-75% dried herbs at the bottom and the fluid which rises to the top (the vodka) should be in the top 50-25% of the jar..this is after you mix it..i it is not add more herbs if necessary or more vodka if there is not 25-50% liquid at the top and now step two making the tincture.
You will also need bottle/s of 80-100 proof vodka made from grain..many cheap brand will do, glass jars with lids and tincture bottles (small brown or blue bottles with eyedropper tops or just get an eyedropper if you cant find tinctures bottle which you can get online or at local health food store, and some way to label the bottle when you are done. (go to next message for what to do now that you have the supplies)
