Patient Handbook?? Re: Schulze's Kidney Tea further instructions

I just spent 20 minutes trying to find " patient handbook " from Schulze on Google...I found a LOT of dead links, but nothing concrete (except the blurbs that are called ' patient handbook ' here on CZ.

Do you know if there's a copy of the true, full, ' patient handbook ' for the Incurables Program anywhere online?

If so, could you post the link or tell me where?
