I've had IV glutathione. I felt pretty good afterward. It can make you kind of "hyper" from the detox.
A lot of people do IM (intramuscular) glutathione injections, but I wouldn't recommend those. I tried it and almost died from an allergic reaction, which cross-sensitized me to the sulfur in all foods. I then almost died from not being able to eat for two weeks until I got on steroids after the first week and they started suppressing the reaction a little while later. I've pretty much been messed up from it ever since, about 5-6 years ago.
so be really careful. imho one should have one's glutathione status measured or have a very good reason for doing it before just randomly starting glutathione IVs. make sure you have a doctor overseeing it, and make sure they know what they're doing and aren't just "experimenting" on you or out to make a quick buck by giving you IVs you don't need.
