Re: Drinking Urine

Here's what I would do.

Save my money from the tests, and buy a $10 roll of litmus paper from the pharmacy store. Check the acidity of my urine all day long, and notice what foods causes it to go acidic. Then eliminate those foods.

I would avoid all dairy, flesh, eggs, soy and most legumes, and rice milk.

I would spend the money saved on healthy nutritious foods that alkalizes the body. Most raw fruits and vegetables are good for raising your pH level. Especially excellent are Watermelon and young coconut juice. You can find young coconut juice in asian supermarkets if one is near you, if not, you can find it pre-packaged online. It's not as good as fresh, but it's better than nothing.

I would invest in stocking my food supply of "superfoods", foods that are nutritionally dense, power packed with bio-available nutrition the body can easily assimilate. I would eat only these foods daily and watch my health radically improve. I would continue uropathy the entire time, slowly building up more and more. And when tests show that my urine is alkaline all day long, I'd drink it all, 100% of it, all the time.

That's what I would do.... Oh, that's what I'm already doing. :-) I'm very fortunate that it didn't take a severe illness for me to find my way up this path. I got chicken pox in Jan. 2004, and decided then that I would do everything in my abilities to learn as much as possible about boosting my immune system to the max! Fortunately, there's a lot of people who have made similar decision, and have blazed a trail for me to follow. To them, I am supremely grateful, and I hope that others may also find hope and healing.

If you want more info, you can email me personally, and I'll give you more detailed input on what I would personally do. (I keep saying it that way, because I am not a physician, a doctor, a licensed health practitioner of any kind, and so, I offer no advice to others regarding their medical condition. I'm only sharing what "I would do" regarding my personal health and well-being, and the results from my experiences in the past. And that my dear, is my official disclaimer. :-)

Hope it helps.
