Would you still lose weight by Water Fasting for 3 days and then re-feeding for 1 day and then fasting again. I reckon I would have the will power to stick to this. When I crave food on my Water Fast I would just be thinking 2 or 3 days left to go so no big deal. Then have the foods I craved.
I'm thinking of doing this as I fasted for 3 days and broke it today and tomorrow I am happy enough to start on day 1 again of just water.
