Question!!

Hi all

About a week before my period i get numbness in my leg and arm mainly left side like if they have fallen asleep type feeling and i get short of breath with a bit of chest pain ive just noticed the last few cycles this is what has been happening and its always a week before and during my period it feels as if i have really bad cirulation has anybody else experince this
