Re: B Vitamins - How much is tooooooooo much!
Depends what you mean for "toooooooooo much".
More than you need? Absolutely! Most of the excess will just be urinated out (B-vitamins are water soluble and not stored), so you'll just have some very expensive piss!
Enough to be dangerous? Nah, it's pretty unlikely. Water-soluble vitamins have a very wide therapeutic index. However, there is a ceiling beyond which toxicity is a possibility with some water-soluble vitamins. With B1-B3, B5, B12 + biotin, you're unlikely to see any significant toxicity even with relatively high doses (Assuming the niacin is in the form of niacinamide, which it is in your supplement. Niacin in its other form can cause toxicity, but more at the range of around 500x RDA; your supplement is only 5x RDA. Too much B2 can make you pee orange, but it's not dangerous. B1 toxicity isn't seen until doses higher than yours). The Vitamin C dose in this supplement isn't high enough to be toxic. You're around 50x RDA of B6, but toxicity won't usually start until you're at least twice or thrice that (so I wouldn't take more than one of these per day! If you see any signs of toxicity, lower the dose!). Folic acid dose looks safe. As for the B-1.
So, my verdict is that safety isn't an issue, but it's still way more than you need
