Hi

I have used many methods but alway come back to adding it to drinks and hummous. You have to go thru that "sting" first and let it subside. BUT do give your self time and use it drop at a time to build up to the level you want.
Once you start taking this on a regular basis, you will not want to go back, you wont get any sinus problems as it clears your head in seconds.

In my early days I used more rice milk/soy milk to chase it down with. ANything to get used to it as cayenne was so good at getting rid of sore throats. Now I dont have that symptom and my throat just got used to it.
IF I have it neat it will still chock me, but I put up with it knowing what the benefits are. NOW it is easy to use any cayenne.
You can put the liquid in ANY drink hot or cold. YOu can mix the powder in Soup/olive oil. I have put the powder in with the hummus/guacamole for sanwiches.
