After all that Iodine supplementation I feel really fit and well. But I noticed (same thing for Husband) that if we are poisoned, we immediately feel it VERY strongly.
As if we had enough Iodine inside us to mount an immediate response to reject the product. Much stronger than before when the response was delayed and protracted.

Which is why I would recommend to stop Iodine for a week before you have to have an anaesthesia if unfortunatable you have to have one. :-(
