Re: parasite cure parapro and my story
Hi, Pathfinder,
You were very wise to post your story here. Lots of people have been working on these kinds of questions for a long time...and they have come to useful conclusions.
...1. You can be well. I know because I have experienced degrees of well-being that make me feel younger, stronger, more alert, and happier than I once thought I ever could be. And, I am an older person. If I can do it, you certainly can!
...2. It truly is a slow journey, making your steps carefully. But the one and a half years I have spent so far seems like such a short time compared to the years before I started finding answers.
...3. And, every part of your body and your life will feel better. Everything will work together.
Fear isn't necessary. That's happening just because you haven't yet seen your way.
The best thing against fear and anxiety I have found is a bath in Himalayan crystal mineral salts.
I'll add in a link to read in case you want to study up on it.

My mineral salts happened to come from
http://www.heartfeltliving.com It turned out that is very good mineral salts. See what you can find in the health food stores near you.
I put 1 kg (2.2 pounds) of the fine grind into a regular-sized bathtub of barely warm water, and soaked in it for about 30 minutes, keeping wet all over, including my head and face, with a cloth.
Nothing spectacular happened, but boy I felt fine afterwards...and it lasts quite a while...weeks.
Before the bath I took a shower, using very little soap. I wanted to be clean, first.
Your skin is your best friend. It is the largest organ in your body, and it is the best detoxing organ, as well as an excellent way to take in exactly the minerals you need...without you having to calculate anything. Your skin balances your minerals, in and out, and the bath dilutes any toxins which may be inside.
You'll find the 1% solution to be the most useful...as salty as tears. Also, the mineral salts are sterilizing...no one can 'catch' anything from your bathwater.
My husband melted his box of mineral salts in a bucket of warm water before his bath. Or, you could start melting yours in the morning. Melting them seems to be a little slow.
The mineral salts won't harm the plumbing. They are exactly the same as ancient, clean, seawater.
If you can tolerate nuts in your diet, Brazil nuts may help. They are harvested from the wild in the Amazon forests...and are known for their selenium content. It is said that seniors who are becoming smaller and more fragile in their later years may be short on their stores of selenium. A few Brazil nuts daily may help.
Eat organically grown food. If you can find a vegetable gardener who is careful to preserve soil micro organisms, you will do best of all. If you can, offer to work for such a gardener!
We like to dehydrate good vegetables for winter. A grower who has a root cellar can supply veggies much longer into cold weather. You can sprout seeds on your kitchen counter in any season...for freshness.
Four rounds of Humaworm, with 90 days rest between each, have been wonderful for me...and an adventure. I think each person learns about their own body as they cleanse with these products. Some of my experiences seem to be quite different than most, yet in other ways the same. We learn as we go.
Every product from Humaworm acts gently yet powerfully to remove
parasites and support the body in its healing processes.

Glaxony knows much about bloodroot from experimentation. If bloodroot is in the product you took, you need to be extremely careful. In fact, any product that has that kind of an effect on you, even if the effect is only from your own degree of
parasite load, it is best to stop. Maybe you will be able to take the product some day, but I would be very careful of it.
Everyone is right in suggesting a slow start to everything...particularly in things you swallow, I believe. And I'm very certain that the best things happen over time...slowly but surely.
I think you'll find many, many helps to well-being that you can build on...like sleep, and meditation. You may be able to extend your sleeping hours by going to bed a few minutes earlier each evening, and allowing yourself to simply rest, perhaps listening to your breathing, until you drift off.
There is good information about sleeping, from an expert, in the Sleep forum.

Movement is very important, even if it is only squeezing a fist, or a little stretching, at first.
If you can find a qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique, go for it. I've seen the good it can do. Amazing.
Find a good kinesiologist, too. Mine does 'Touch for Health'. She's helped me in so many ways. Actually, she supported me as I began to learn and get my feet under me.
Your support may come from many directions.
Most of all, follow your instincts. Your body will heal itself.
Already you have learned much.
Your objective is to enjoy life. Take part in as many activities and interests as you can, a little at a time.
I agree heartily with all the posters have said. There's a lot of good information there. Come back and reread it sometimes. You'll find new points every time you do.
Ask questions whenever you wish, whatever they may be. We're pulling for you.
My very best,
Fledgling
