I have decided I will not go for personal hypnosis, however I think the CD's may be ok. I usually listen to them all at once now so I know everything that is suggested.. If the affirmations are worthy and there's no subliminals, there's no potential risk of mind control abuse or immoral suggestions..
I couldn't really tell but would you be against the CD's, inparticular, as well ?
