Re: bromide acne

I have not used Iodine supplement yet (I started on kelp 3 days ago). But I am afraid to start using Iodine and breakout. I still have awful scars from cystics after a liver flush. I just cannot go through this again.

And I am not the in US, and no doctors around here use Iodine or vitamins, only traditional doctors.

I used the curse roaccutane (who by the way made my Acne worst to start with) for 6 months (30mg/day).
and I read somewhere that hair dye could cause bromide reaction. No I am thinking that my Acne started around the time I dyed my hair first at 19. From that time, I only died my hair 3-4 times. Could I be bromide toxic?

Yes I get zits on my cheeks, around my hair line, inside my ear, all places away from the white/black heads.
