Sorry. I'm not try to be a pain pbuddy; just a purist. Chemical compounds have different effects than the elements that comprise them. Think of the difference of the carbon when compounded with oxygen. Or chlorine when compounded with oxygen. Very different.

I think Mia is studying microbiology. Right Mia? Or is that biology. Either way, when the study of chemistry comes up; some of this conversation may be useful.
