Wow what is with everyone today? everyone is extra cranky and bitchy. Anyways it's not a theory. I actually did it.. And I keep hearing that successful water fasters spend their time relaxing and not doing much. I tried to water fast and actually did not lose weight ..went on a 2 mile walk..and felt really badly the next day like death warmed over. So It didnt seem like it helped me at all. I wanted to accelerate my weight loss some so I had planned to do a 2 or 3 day water fast. but i lost no weight and felt really bad. I did put lemon in my water though. Maybe i am just old and tired and more poisonous than you.
