Dear my beloved friends Donna, Hopinso and Luella of course

There is no one who has touched me more than Hopinso, she has given me courage to reach higher in everything I do. My dear sweet Hopinso, I followed your recipe for blood clearance and in one day I can talk very good, no brain fog and well I am probably still a little fiesty but hey what can I say. Donna you are such a sweet heart. Jessemom is helping me get some meds in the US so hope to be better soon.

I guess I should add that I have done many things in these past weeks not just this but this was the final icing on the cake. Can't emphasize enough lecithin.
Alkaline diet and flax seed.
