Re: Female Hair Loss

Dear,
First we will talk about your diet.

Loosing hair can mean that your digestive tract(stomach/intestines) are not be able to digest minerals. You have to eat organic food because organic foods are full of minerals. In health-food stores you can often find organic products.

Next products are available in some health-food stores:

Miso (Chiang):

This is a typical spice of Zen culture, originated from the Chinese monks thousands of years ago, as an alchemy product. The secret of making it had been hidden carefully. Marco Polo was the first to bring it to Europe. In 1972, barrels of still good miso, 2140 years old (168 BC), were found during archaeological excavations.

Miso is a fermented pâté made of soy, barley, Sea Salt , and fresh spring water. The traditional way of making miso involves much skill.

Bancha tee:

All kinds of tea are good according to one’s health state and the season of the year. I explain more about seasons in my book.

Bancha is a neutral tea, and it is good to drink almost every day. It is full of calcium. Put 1-heaped tablespoon of branches or leaves in half a liter of boiling water. Boil for another 5 minutes. Then, sieve it and drink.
In our country, spring blackberry, strawberry, or raspberry leaves can be good substitutes for bancha tea.

Seaweed(specially nori,hijiki,wakame):
Seaweed is essential in our nutrition, especially if we live and work in a polluted environment, consume food of non-organic quality, or if our health is pretty damaged.
Seaweed is an ocean vegetable coming from the cleanest areas of the Earth. They have numerous minerals and absorb toxins. So, it is good to consume them either as foods or drinks such as Imoplex. It is important to know that seaweed is a sea cleaner. If it comes from polluted sea parts (seafronts or ports), it can be dangerous i. e. poisonous for human body. Thus, only certified, organic grown seaweed of reliable and good manufacturers (Mitoku, Muso) is recommended.

- wakame are soft and, after soaking, they are consumed fresh or in soups
- arame are like flat pasta (linguine about 25cm long) and, after soaking are used in simmered vegetables.
- nori are tiny pressed and paper-like seaweeds. They are consumed in sushi, and toasted or breaded in tempura like crisps.
- dulse are consumed in salads, previously soaked in water
- agar-agar jelly foods and cakes. They are rather non resistant to bacteria, so it is used in medicine, for growing of bacteria. Foods and cakes with agar-agar should be eaten very fresh.
- hijiki are rich in iron and especially good for thyroid gland problems.

Sea salt:
Every cell of our body contains 70-80% of water in which there are around 70 various minerals and trace minerals.
The body's cell’s water is similar to Sea Salt , so it is important to consume foods containing enough of all minerals necessary for each cell functioning and for the whole body. Refined Sea Salt is 99.99% of pure sodium chloride.
But, our cells are in need of many other minerals and trace minerals. The best way to provide our body with them is through sea salt intake.

Unrefined sea salt is grayish in color. It possesses a sweet taste and does not disturb kidney functioning even with people who have high blood pressure. Body tolerance to sea salt is four times higher.

Umeboshi plums and Vinegar:

Umeboshi plums are a fermented kind of Japanese apricot. The liquid extracted during the umeboshi plum fermenting process is umeboshi vinegar. In our country, umeboshi plums are made of apricots according to the traditional recipe. They are delicious.

These products have the following medical effects:
- intensifying the appetite of sick people
- blocking the disintegrating process in the intestines
- immediately regains the blood base chemical status
- antibacterial and vitro-static effect
- removes toxins and Yin cleaning
- helps with constipation
- reduces pains

These products also make body Yang in no time; they are very helpful in case you have eaten a refined-sugar cake or when children cry a lot because of too much Yin (these products achieve balance very soon). They reduce pains and help digestion.

Olive oil, grains, Legumes(Specially good for kidneys).

Avoid:
- Refined sugar,
- Refined oil
- Refined flour

Refined foods:

There are no or very rare pure forms of minerals and chemical elements in nature. It is the same with food. If we rid a food from cellulose fibers, minerals and vitamins, we get a pure refined product. Such a biochemical substance tends to refill those chemical connections torn by depriving minerals, vitamins etc. In order to digest, refined Sugar takes calcium, magnesium, and other minerals and trace Oligo-elements from bones and muscles, especially heart muscle.

Avoid fresh fruits because it may have negative effect on the energy of our kidneys.

In spiritual level, kidneys and reproductive organs are connected to the chakras 7(spirituality) and 6(intuition).

This should not confuse you because the ears tonsils and circles under the eyes belong to the energy of kidneys as established by traditional Chinese medicine.

Their corresponding element is water. That explains the saying: “We came out of water, and we shall return into it.”

Every disease is an attack on our immunity, and it is also an attack on the energy of our kidneys.
That explains why sick people usually have brown circles under their eyes.

The last membrane of our aura is connected to the energy of kidneys e.g. the energy of water, and it is the first defensive barricade of our immunity.

So, by lifting the energy of kidneys, we lift the energy of the whole immune system.

This is the fact that was known to our ancestors; they cured colds by drowning the sick person into hot water, sea-salt and healing herbs, or by inhaling hot barley steam. As the energy of kidney - bladder is the energy of water, it can be cooled or heated and the disease - cold can be healed.

The importance of constant warming of the meridians through which the kidneys-bladder energy streams:

Ginger bath(ones a week):

Ginger is a hot flavored root. It is used as a spice and for treatment . Grate a ball of fresh ginger or a spoon of dry ginger powder. Roll into cotton cloth and put it into two liters of boiled water. Turn the heat down and cook for another ten minutes. Add ginger tea to the bathtub filled with salt water.

Ginger massage:
Rub the whole body with a hot moisten towel in a warm room (without draft). Get dressed quickly. After such a massage, it is not necessary to rest. This massage fills in all empty meridians and acupuncture points, while it empties those that are overloaded. It is useful to apply it every morning for solving the problem of decreased vitality.

Compress:
Use a hot towel to drain and cover the treated area. Change the dressing 3-4 times. The treatment should not exceed 15 minutes. Each time we put hot dressing; it should be covered with a dry one and then a woolen blanket. Then, we add a new towel, drain, and cool down a bit while changing the cold one. This should be done quickly, and each time, cover the area with a dry towel and a blanket. After this treatment dry off the body with a dry towel and put on cotton clothes. Cover with a woolen blanket and have a rest for a few hours. This is a very useful dressing, particularly with back pain, cold, influenza, renal stones, nephritis, and renal toxicity… It could be used every 15 days intervals (making body more Yang).

Except this you can try with:

1. Shiatsu massage
2. Chiropractic work
3. Reflex therapy
4. Yoga
5. Psychotherapy (the order of love)
6. Strong greasy goose soup is particularly good for cystitis (for people on a macrobiotic diet)
7. Feet massage
8. Acupuncture
9. Homeophaty

love
