I'd suggest that you educate yourself about UT and how to apply it. You may have a medical practitioner in your area that can get you through to curing yourself.

The reaction may have been severe, however several of the posts here do explain why that may have occurred.

It's called the "healing crisis," and it's a very good sign. Also, it looks like you've determined that the urine did have a direct effect on your symptoms. While you may not have been happy about the effect...at least you know that it's doing something!

Something like UT, in my opinion, takes quite a bit of prayer, meditation, and reading. I am just starting, and I think I will try a urine fast in February.
