Insurance questions

I was tested for herpes at a planned parenthood and i didnt have insurance, and now my dad is getting insurance and wants to put me on it, is there any way that he would find out about it? Im over 18, so i dont think its even legal for them to tell him my medical history but i just want to make sure.

Also i have been having really bad neck pain and headaches/ sometimes i get shooting pain into the back of my eye, or my eyeball actually hurts.. is there any way that this is related to herpes since it hides out in nerve ganglion???
