Re: Iodine for lower LDL cholesterol and arrhythmia

This site is often referred to:

http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/iodine.html

which notes the following:

Iodine Companion Nutrients. Many Iodine Literate Doctors suggest selenium, vitamin C, and magnesium enhance the therapeutic value of iodine. Niacin was also recommended at the February 07 Iodine Conference.
Thyroid function should be closely monitored and may require an adjustment of
thyroid medications.

Magnascent ... and THAT is exactly why I cross post in other forums. First time I've ever heard of that product. So it gives me one more thing to look at. Prolamine I found on a vitamin website. (3mg tablets)

I feel that sometimes the experts in each forum can be limiting by the biases of their own protocols and personal experiences. So I am trying to get as broad a view as possible.

Trapper's original advise to me was, YOU NEED IODINE, JUST DO IT. Yeah, that's really helpful.

"Most folks manage to escape with minor flesh wounds though"
I've read some of your battles :-)

Again, iodine, just seems to be one of the more "Need to be careful" protocols. Getting the non-expert experiences has a lot of value
