Sigh. I originally posted, here, for suggestions of LDL reduction, which resulted in doing the following.
For the last few months I have been taking 2 cloves garlic/2K mg Vit C, 100-200mg CoQ10, eating a lot of almonds. I continue to liver flush and several coffee enemas.
Avoiding going back on Lipitor.
Went from 227 total - LDL 154, down to 213 total - LDL 134. The LDL red line is 100
It's better, but I expected a lot better with everything I am doing. Certainly uncomfortable with that sustained +100 reading.
Should I adjust to higher amounts or add or do something totally different.
