psychosis...does seroquel work well with niacin?

My brother has been put on seroquel after terrible bouts with psychosis which may have been induced by being on a really high dose of geodon (4 months) and later risperidal for a week. He was originally diagnosed with tourette's and ocd 14 years ago at age 7. Now, at 21, he is hearing voices over the past three months adn had to be hopsitalized for two weeks.

He is still psychotic and the seroquel has been in his system going on four weeks. after reading several of the postings on this page and other numerous accounts of the success of niacin with schizophrenia and psychosis, I was wondering if he could take both at the same time? He is currently on 400mg-2x's daily with lamictal 25mg-2x as well.
