Replenish with a probiotic enema to repopulate with good stuff. Normal bowel flora is not in clumps . The clumps are a mutated form of yeast that is the invasive kind. get it out and repopulate the cleared areas with good stuff. Are you taking probiotics by mouth? Enteric coating is important to make it through the stomach.

probiotic enema I do is :

2 cups luke warm water with 3-6 probiotic capsules, preferably a sticky one like rhamnosus or a repopulater like reuteri. Any cheap one will do though bec you don't need enteric coating for the enema. Retain for as long as possible.

I also sometimes just use 1 cup of water and leave it in all night if I can.

If I was getting great results like that with the enemas I would continue but I would add the replacement probiotic enema. This will also stop the candida from just growing back as it is very strong.

Stay hydrated and see how you feel as well. If you are too weak, take a break but don't let the candida take hold again. This is why the replacement is so important.
