Just want to be sure... 3T = 3 Tablespoons?

Also, and I've posted on this before, I do coffee enemas following cleasning SWF's and salt water enemas. Starting clear, I always get additional stuff that comes out afterwards. Don't know what it is (I don't have candida as far as I know), but I always follow that up with another salt water enema and Salt Water Flush, which pushes out more stuff that wasn't there before. So I would suggest you do that, as far as the follow-up is concerned. From a practical standpoint, the ACV has to be irritating to the intestines and the saltwater follow-up will rinse it out.
