Need more help with FLUORIDE detox.
Hey everybody. It seems I'm getting to the stage in my detox where I'm finally hitting the hardest to get out halogen, fluoride. I wasn't quite prepared for just how brutal it would be when it started coming out. Seems I'm going through a major healing crisis and have some questions. I know for sure I'm detoxing fluoride, I've spent some time maying attention and monitoring my symptoms and researching and it matches up. Like I said, its brutal. I've been missing a lot of work and my relationships have been suffering because I feel I'm going mad. It's a different sort of mental detox than the bromide stuff I went through earlier. Bromide detox seemed to literally mess with my thoughts and stuff, making me feel very dark, etc. With this, Its more that I'm in such grinding constant pain that it makes me very edgy. I still feel semi "ok" mentally. But the pain is very very harsh.. yesterday I had to leave work again because the inflammation in my joints (and like I said, I KNOW this is detox, a couple days off iodine and the symptoms vanish so this isnt a symptom of something else) was so painful. It felt like my entire sinus cavities and every cell in my head was coated with some sort of searing acidic substance, sending needle like burning shock pain throughout every part of my skull. It was especially bad in my left eye socket, not only was it throbbing with pain but the surface of my face hurt even to touch. I have lots of other symptoms but I don't want to get into all that too much, as I've already pinned them down to being fluoride detox poisoning.
First question, is, when doing this detox stuff, and all this fluoride is kicked out and is circulating in the body, what makes it LEAVE as opposed to just going back where it was before? The presence of iodine? I was confused about this because when you drink fluoride water, it deposits in your system, and I didn't get the difference between ingesting it or having it get kicked out and circulating.
I've already read that calcium is important to bind with fluoride but unfortunately I cant get any calcium pills at this time (I have to special order them so they will be gluten free and I don't have the money). Is taking extra calcium important enough that I should stop all iodine/fluoride detoxing until I can get some? I do have selenium and am taking that, and taking a multivitamin which contains some calcium, and I eat good.
I've already been doing a lot of research on here and learning some things to help with fluoride detox, such as sweating in a sauna or working out, etc. The issue right now is though, that the detox has been SO fatigued (its truly bad) that i haven't been able to make it to the gym. I walked halfway to the gym one day and started blacking out *the 100+ degree temperatures here don't help* and had to come back because I felt so weak. I just do not have the ability to go to the gym right now, so should I be soaking in a hot epsom salt bath or something like that? Im worried because I already have little sores from the fluoride coming out my skin, and they hurt a lot, I don't want more.
Thanks for any help anyone can offer!
