Hi i had the same problem very very dizzy and lightheaded all the time and kept feeling like i was going to faint i couldnt even drive for a couple of months it was very scary when i had the mirena taken out it went away so please get it out asap it is evil its been eight months post removal for me now and still recovering but overall feeling a lot better !! good luck
