light-headed / Dizzy

I have had Mirena since 10/07. Starting 4 weeks ago a became light-headed and dizzy to the point of having to hang on to something to walk. I am in a constant fog and continually feel as if i am going to faint. i have parts of my body fall asleep for no reason and seem to lose control of some motor skills.
I have had CT scans, blood work, EKG, a day in the ER, Echo-cardio, MRI and all come back normal.
I have none of the other symptoms listed in these posting...yet---has anyone else experienced just these sysptoms?
My next step is the neurologist, bit no one wanats to even hear "could it be Mirena? especially the OB-GYN that suggested it.
