The ACV enema has just recently come on my radar as I've become more concerned about too much candida. What I've been reading is 1 tablespoon of ACV to 1 quart of water. More than that is too strong. ACV in too high a concentration can strip the good mucosa lining from the intestine. And since you are on an extended fast, there is much less inside to absorb the ACV.
I really don't know enough to advise but I think ending the fast carefully would be one place to start. I think the stripped mucosa needs to be replaced - maybe probiotics.
I think I will still try an ACV enema, being careful with the strength used.
