Hi guys!

I'm currently on day 17 of a Juice Fast. Last night at around 9:00 p.m. I gave myself an ACV Enema using 1 quart of distilled water and three tablespoons of Bragg ACV. I think I held the water in for about 5 or ten minutes. When I released the water there was LOTS of Candida in the toilet. Not much fecal matter because I've been doing Oxypowder and Salt Water Flushes since starting the fast.

Anyway, my stomach has been bothering me ever since I gave myself the enema. I've also been back and forth to the toilet releasing globs and globs of Candida all night. It's really pretty disgusting to say the least. Here it is 17+ hours later and I'm still releasing Candida and my stomach still feels really bad.

So I was wondering if I may have overdid it with the ACV? I only took in about half of the quart. I've done ACV enemas in the past and I don't recall getting this much Candida out or feeling this bad afterwords.

I really can't believe how much of this stuff has been coming out of me. Apparently my problem is much worse than I thought. I want to do a couple more ACV enemas before I break my fast but I'm really not sure If I want to go through this again.
