Glad to hear your feeling better, im due to get blood for liver test on monday then stomach doc on tuesday, useless shites really.

Ive just ordered some good milk thistle so ill update.

Im away to order kefir, a juicer, more liver herbs and see how i go.

Im using a little face sun lamp but apart from tht not alot mate.
