Doc, I am wondering if a person cleans out their colon and puts the good bacteria back there, if this is going to boost a person's ability to get off drugs. It sure seems like it would boost the immune system.
The psychotropic drugs take a while to get off of. So, hypothetically speaking, if a person cleaned out their colon and added probiotics to their regimen, it would help with the drug withdrawal in that they could tolerate the withdrawal symptoms better?
All drugs, not just antibiotics, destroy the natural flora in the intestines. IMO, drugs ruin the digestive system as well as the liver. Am I right?
This is off the top of my head.
Can you straighten me out on this? Am I out "in left field"?
Thanks.
