Mirena IUD removal after four years

I have had my IUD for four years and a month and 1/2 ago had it surgically removed from my uterus because it was embedded in the lining and it had been causing ovarian cysts for a year. I never had a period for 3 1/2 years and gained 60 pounds. Now I'm wondering what the heck is wrong with me. I've got sore breasts, abdominal pain and pain in general, dry and cracked vagina, and hemorroids, I feel sick to my stomach and still haven't had a menstrual cycle. I know you all can relate. I've been reading a few of your stories. Thanks for listening.
