Re: Day Three of MMS enema

Baking soda enemas are soothing and used to clean and detoxify the colon
also salt (or Sea Salt preferably) is commonly used or a mixture of salt and sodium bicarbonate. Actually Jim Humble only advises on his site to use a salt or aloe vera enema.
Since you rinse it out again with pure water it shouldnt interfere with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement too much if at all
I considered using the enema for colitis but decided not to for fear it could cause
a flare up . You chould be aware that if it causes sufficient irritation when or if you get to the higher doses it could possibly inflame the colon wall.

The problem with taking some chemicals or acids into the colon is damage can be caused and you will feel no pain as you would in the stomach.
I'm not saying this would be the case with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement but it has caused some people stomach pain at least temporarily.
Also Jim Humble says you should cut back the dose if you get nausea or diarrhea
but how can you tell if you get diarrhea if you are clearing out the colon twice daily?
