Re: Day Two of MMS enema

I woke up this morning and had a natural bowel movement, so I didn't clean myself out with a water-only enema first. I repeated Day One, only this time I used 7 drops of activated Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and did 2 enemas as stated in Day One,hels in for 15 minutes each, with no side effects.

By the way, I am adding the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to a pint of water which I am using in the enema. And to check the water temperature, I'm using a cooking thermometer, since the water for the enema should be between 36-40 degrees celsius.

This seems too easy to be true. I feel that I must be doing something wrong because I don't feel bad or have any weird side effects, which a lot of people get when they do this.
The only down side to it is the time that you need. If you clean yourself out twice with water, then do the first Miracle-Mineral-Supplement enema, hold it in for 15 minutes, wait an hour to do the next one, hold that in for 15 minutes and then take a shower, you're looking at 2 1/2 hours from start to finish.
