I personally love full inversion. When I am at an angle, I feel I am not getting enough traction.
So even if I had an Inversion Table, I would use it for full inversion only. I was also looking at gravity boots ( since I kind of like full inversion)
Perhaps I'll settle with a Yoga Swing only, as its cheaper and portable. I can hang it in my gym, at a park or tree and get some good workout!!
