I liked the table because it has the option of inverting in increments. and I didn't want full inversion, at least not yet. the pull at my ankles doesn't bother me, I'd thought it might, but I wear hiking boots when I use table and my ankles are well protected. just wearing runners works okay too. the stretch feels great, I suppose the stretch would be similar with the swing or table.
with all the yoga you do, you could get either one...I'm not strong enough for the swing.
