Sesame seeds can be sprouted in a jar or an easy sprouter.I do a 12hr. soak followed by a 12 hr. sprouting period then harvest and place in fridge.I do them just like I do my sunflower sunnies which is more like a soak.There is more info. on sprouting at sproutpeople.com.I use an easy-sprouter with the alfalfa insert do to how small the seeds are.Jeff.
