Taken randomly with no set protocol like all my other supplements............. This is something to enjoy.............. the flavor........... Aroma.............. and immediate upliftment............... There are so many Holy Herbs...............
but this one is still LEGAL! I usually make a pot of tea once a week ............ Drink it all in one day or space it over two or even three days....................... Most need some honey or sweetner but I like it just the way it is. Tweet
