When I first saw the post I thought someone was trying to say something like "Holy Smoke" LOL! I didn't realise until I read further that it was actually a herb.

This is the first time I've ever come across it. Never heard of it before. It certainly seems to be a wonderful herb.

Out of curiousity, where do you purchase yours from? Also, how much do you consume? Do you take this on a daily basis?
