They admit they knew that Arab extremists were taking flight lessons that did'nt involve landing . They could have prevented 911 by letting the airlines and the public know that they should fight back if Arabs tried to take over a plane because they werent planning to land it .They also could have assigned air marshalls to planes that had several arabs traveling without their families.
