Hey someone just told me that you can get full benefit B12 by eating 1/2cup yogurt with a few tablespoons of flax seed oil. I just started eating okra which is high in B-6 and folic acid too....I am not giving up on my Circles! :-)

Yogurt or acidophilus
Flaxseed Oil
Tumeric
papaya enzymes after each meal to further digest our foods "animal protein" if you eat any
