Tylenol and the Master Cleanse

I am on the bottom of day one of the cleanse. I was doing fine all day and then got a terrible headache. I broke down and took two Tylenol. I realize the directions of the cleanse should be followed exactly, and that the headache is a sign of toxins releasing from my body, but is it OK to take Tylenol? Tweet
