Blood Sugar can be reduced in many ways. You can increase your intake of garlic but why put it Orange Juice? That is a lot of Sugar to take in the evening.
Maybe try putting chopped garlic in Olive oil on small peice of bread/crispbread early evening with meal.?? or on cucumber? something that you could eat with the rest of your meal.
Save the orange juice for the mornings when your body can use the juice better.
Are you taking any refined sugars? even the hidden stuff in biscuits/cookies?
Just taking garlic may not do it, look at what else you are doing as well.
