I have the solo sauna (carbon) and I'm guessing it may be that you have
it on too hot. Do you have it on very hot? Sometimes it's better for
detoxing when it's not so hot but more mild-moderate. Also the sauna
sucks out all your minerals especially magnesium, so it is beneficial
to supplement before and definitely after. Sometimes even a little
himilayan salt in water.. Just my thoughts...
