Carbon Sauna Problem

Hey all,
I seem to be very weak after using my carbon infrared sauna. Could this be because of the detox process? Dehydration? I drink plenty of water 3+ litres/day. My sessions last around 30 mins at high heat settings.

I have the solo sauna (carbon) and I'm guessing it may be that you have
it on too hot. Do you have it on very hot? Sometimes it's better for
detoxing when it's not so hot but more mild-moderate. Also the sauna
sucks out all your minerals especially magnesium, so it is beneficial
to supplement before and definitely after. Sometimes even a little
himilayan salt in water.. Just my thoughts...

This is a reply to # 1,220,103its likely you are low on electrolytes. try this - dissolve one gram of potassium citrate in one litre of water and drink that whole thing when you are in the suana. drink more if you like. potassium citrate capsules often come in 99 mg caps, that would be perfect. one cap per litre of water.
either that or mix up some master cleanse drink, then add a bit of potassium citrate to that and drink plenty. using molasses instead of maple syrup would be a good idea.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,220,555the main electrolytes are calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. most people get plenty of sodium, but most lack potassium which is why i recommend it. water soluble cal and mag are hard to find thats why i recommend black strap molasses which is high in all the minerals.
sugar is another thing you lose while sweating, thus adding some potassium and a mineral rich sweetener to your water (like molasses or sorghum syrup or maple syrup) would help out a lot.- 'Detoxify or Die' book #58606

I received this book along with the purchase of my sauna 3 years ago.
The title soundsdark but it's a really good book on the the benefits of sauna, and supplemenmentation advise as well.
