I take b complex too as Luella and many others have said too as I have MS. So many say MS is a complication of candida, fact or fiction. I take 100-200-200 and no chemicals, yeast, gluten etc. from Merck. You have to look at the pros and cons and I would say your meat consumption is more dangerous than your vitamins.
News all over states that no one should consume more than a handful of red meat per week. No lunchmeats, bacons, or processed type at all as they are all cancer agents. Chicken no more than two times a week and most fish not at all unless you can get something not farmed with no toxins. Look to your heart more than to ours and you will find the answer.
