Some foods wil lstains stools.

If you suspect blood in the stool usually this would repeat itself day after day?

IF your stools are dark then you may have something going on there, best to seek advice from doctor and get a diagnosis first to put your mind at rest.

I have met someone who survived bowel cancer twice and this is the first thing she told me about stool colour the darker it is the more likly something is brewing up there.
