You might try detox foot pads. I have been using pads from

and I have never slept better or felt better during the day. I don't get the usual middle-of-the-day-rut anymore either. My sister-in-law who uses these religiously even sent some in for testing. She sent in a used pad and a "control" unused pad. The used pad came back with all sorts of toxins and the unused came back clean of toxins. I was sold from that point forward!!
