pinched nerve,what can i do?

Im in hell,i have this heavy static type sleepy feeling wth my numbness from my shoulder down into hand,and ive had it for 2 weeks now,pinched nerve. went to my chiro 2 weeks ago. Does anything cure this numbness? was at chiro 4 times last week. Pain/burning isnt as bad in arm,but still is hell..the right hand bein unable to use and write is the most annoying,and my hand is puffy. When my i bend my first finger don,the knuckle part really hurts to..doesnt st johns wort extract do something.. Tweet
