HELP! Looking for a LIVER FLUSH ALTERNATIVES

I don't listen to lectures from other people who have a drum to bang but I will listen to those of you who have walked down the Liver-Flush path and have found alternatives equally as effective.

I am so NOT into not eating after 2:00 pm until the next day and doing the Liver Flush protocol. There HAS to be an alternative!

If you're a diehard believer and fan of the flush that's all well and good and maybe in the future for me too...

but there is never, NEVER just one way to do things, no matter what anybody says, thinks or does.

So for those of you who definitely HAVE experienced alternative liver flushes... wanna share? lol
